The people who work there are wonderful; however, their system is terrible. I went in for a show-up on my driver's license being expired even though I told the officer I was literally on my way to get it redone. He gave me a ticket. I went up, took care of it, and they dismissed it. Now they are trying to charge me money after I was told I didn't need to pay anything outside of a $20 administration fee. They sent it out to collections, and now they are hounding me for something that has already been taken care of.

District clerk office here is terrible, after my son had a order signed by a judge to get his insurance check in December he still has not received it because someone at the clerks office told our lawyer we were being rude, when we didn’t have much interaction with them in the first place so we were confused,So they told the lawyer they would move at there pace for us being rude.they are more rude than anything, the ladies working the front looked angry and miserable immediately when we walked in. Sad that my son wants to join the service only to experience his government treating him poorly already. I’m posting incase anybody also is dealing with this.

It was I went just to take care of personal matters and it came documentation to substantiate that I paid my child support and they received my income tax inappropriately so when I get to secure the documents the library staff was easy they're good to help me and but it was just a run-around from one floor to another to another and it was waiting in lines the the clerks in the line are very helpful but the clerk of the court was very distant antsy

There are very helpful employees. Amazing murals and other art. The building is secure so visitors (and employees) are screened. Visit the third floor to see the inspiring exhibits on former County Judge Alicia R. Chacon and esteemed attorney Enrique Moreno. Also an amazing augmented reality experience that brings to life all of the historical figures shown on the murals.

Came here multiple times for multiple things such as passports, birth certificates and once for a traffic ticket. Most of the time there is few people and if you have all your documents ready then the process goes fast. Else you'll get rejected very fast as well. There are always homeless outside in the benches asking for money.
